I love to look at inspiration from the past, so many things in fashion come back in style. Thus, I'm starting a series of blog posts that will highlight each of my favorite style icons that I've been obsessed with for years. Since the summer season is here, I thought that Jane Birkin would be the perfect choice to focus on. Peasant blouses and baby-doll dresses have made a comeback for the summertime which were essential pieces in her closet. Even though she isn't from France, she has become a Parisian style icon. She's so stylish, the Hermes Birkin bag was created and named in her honor. Her effortless bohemian girly style will forever be timeless.
Her wardrobe includes: basic striped + white tees, tall boots, white button down shirts, a woven basket purse, baby-doll dresses, peasant blouses, scarves for your hair, fur coats, trench coats, and bell bottom jeans.
